Description
Springland House, located on Isla Road in Perth, is a building that likely dates from around 1790. It is a two-storey structure with a basement and features three windows on the front. The house has a gabled roof adorned with angle urns. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar stone and includes a Roman Doric porch. The building showcases an Ionic pilaster order with a pediment above, along with a main cornice and a canted bay that extends through both floors towards the river. Additionally, there is a two-storey, one-window eastern addition and a crenellated two-storey rear addition, both of which have slated roofs.
