Description
10 Melville Terrace is a building dating from around 1850. It has two storeys and a basement, featuring a three-window ashlar front. There are two canted bays that extend through both floors, and a central Roman Ionic porch. The building is topped with a main cornice and a blocking course, and it has a hipped, slated roof. Additionally, there are ashlar gatepiers.
