Description
Dunearn, located on Dundas Street in Comrie, was built in 1861. It is an L-plan building, featuring a single-storey and attic main section with piended dormers. There is a single-storey north front wing that matches the height of the main section and includes a roundel in the gable, although it has unfortunate modern windows beneath. The building has a gabled porch at the angle and an asymmetrical two-window west gable facing the river, which also includes a dormer and a two-window gable. The structure is constructed from rubble with chamfered openings and an ashlar chimney head, topped with a slated roof.
