Description

  1. Single storey and attic, 3-bay farmhouse. Coursed rubble with large squared rubble quoins.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: door to centre with windows in flanking bays and 2 slate-hung dormers grouped toward centre.

W (COURTYARD) ELEVATION: small modern porch to left with dormer window breaking eaves above, later lean-to bay to right and modern rooflight to centre.

N ELEVATION: square window in gabled bay.

4-pane and plate glass glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slates. Coped harled (with thackstanes) and brick stacks. Overhanging eaves.

INTERIOR: modern but retaining timber fireplace with cast-iron horse-shoe grate.
