Description
The Walled Garden at Inchmartine House dates from the early 19th century and features a rectangular plan. It has a squared rubble base that rises to approximately 3 feet, topped with red brick and a flat ashlar coping. On the southwest side, there are square-section ashlar gatepiers that have a mutulated cornice, which transitions into a stepped coping and a large ball finial with a bisecting abacus. A segmental-headed pedestrian gate with a timber door is located on the southeast side. The northwest wall has semi-derelict lean-to ancillary structures on its outer elevation.
