Description
Ballindean, Quarry Wynd Cottage is an L-plan, single-storey and attic building dating from around 1835. It is constructed of red ashlar, which is now painted, and features a low pitched roof and buttress details. The windows have lattice glazing. The building was re-categorised in 2006 from grade B to grade C(S) due to its group interest. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the building, as is appropriate for its type.
