Description

The Cottage, located at 9 Glamis Road in Kirriemuir, is an early 20th-century building. It is a single-storey structure with an attic, featuring a front made of stugged ashlar. The façade includes two bipartite windows and a central doorpiece supported by consoles. The gables and rear elevation are constructed from red rubble, and there are two canted dormers on the roof. The building was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest.
