Description

Early 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical, T-plan house with flat-roofed, mutule-corniced entrance porch. Harled.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: window in entrance porch; part-glazed door with letterbox fanlight in right return; window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in each bay remaining.

S (SIDE) ELEVATION: window, set to right, at 1st floor; gablehead stack above. Blank single storey projection (forming T-plan) to outer right.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Purple Welsh slate roof; stone ridge; stone skews; harled, corniced gablehead stacks to N and S; tall, harled, corniced gablehead stack to E (rear); ridged cylindrical cans; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1998.

BOUNDARY WALLS AND PIERS: low rendered walls with ridged cement cope; replacement wrought-iron railings; square-plan pier with pyramidal caps to angles.
