Description

This is an earlier 19th-century hotel, located at 63 Main Street, Kilbirnie, and also known as the Garnock Labour Club. The building is two storeys and an attic, with three bays. It is constructed of painted ashlar with painted margins. The ground floor has been altered in the modern era. The first floor features three plate-glass sash windows, each set within an architrave. An eaves course, cornice, and a central wall-head pediment are present, topped by a slender, corniced apex stack with chamfered angles. Two piended canted dormers light the attic. The roof is slate.
