Description
168-170 Land Street in Keith is a mid-19th century, two-storey house with an attic, facing east and featuring three bays. It has an additional porch at the northwest corner. The front is made of coursed rubble, while the flanks are harled rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. The house has a central door and a single ground floor window in the south return gable, with similar windows on the ground and first floors of the north gable. There are two modern dormers with two-pane glazing. The roof has shaped skewputts, coped end and rear wallhead stacks, and is covered with felt tiles. At the rear, there is a modern two-storey flat-roofed wing. The garden area is enclosed by a coped rubble wall.
