13-15 Chapel Street, Keith

13-15 Chapel Street is an earlier 19th century house facing south, featuring two storeys and an attic. The building is constructed of heavily pointed rubble with a rendered return gable towards Land Street, and it has tooled and polished ashlar dressings. There is a rendered single-storey, single-bay extension at the west gable (15 Chapel Street). The central door is located under a bracketed cornice and has 4-pane glazing. A single canted dormer is present, and a former doorway in the return gable on Land Street has been blocked and converted into a window. Additionally, there is a small gable attic window at the centre. The house has coped end stacks and slate roofs, along with a two-storey wing at the rear.
