Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 12 Chapel Street in Keith, built around 1830. The house is constructed from rubble with tooled rubble dressings. It features a decorative fanlight above the central entrance, which has double-leaf doors. The upper lights of the windows have multi-pane glazing, while the lower lights have two panes. The house has coped end stacks and a felt tile roof.
