Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 7 King Street in Elgin, built around 1835. The exterior is made of coursed dressed rubble with finely tooled margins. It features a central door and an eaves band. The windows have four-pane glazing, and there are corniced stacks at both ends of the building. The roof is covered with asbestos tiles.
