Description

17 Batchen Street in Forres is a house dating from around 1800. It is two stories tall with a dormerless attic and has three bays, featuring a central door. The building is constructed of rubble with painted stone margins and includes an attic window in the gable. The windows have 2-pane glazing, and there are chimney stacks at each end. The roof is covered with slate.
