Description

The Episcopal Church at Altyre, built around 1900, is a small cruciform church with vertically timber boarded walls, oriented northeast to southwest. The entrance is located in the northeast gable and features a round-headed tripartite window. The church has simple five-bay flanks, and all windows are fitted with lattice-pane glazing. At the apex of the entrance gable, there is a spired bellcote, and the roof is covered with slate.

Inside, the church has a simple design with plain wooden pews and a wooden communion rail leading to a stepped chancel. The roof is boarded.
