Blairs Bungalow, built around 1895, is likely designed by architect W L Carruthers from Inverness. This single-storey cruciform cottage features an irregular three-bay south-facing front. The exterior is harled with contrasting tooled ashlar dressings. The entrance is located in the outer bay at the southwest. There are projecting canted windows in the advanced central gabled bay and the set-back southeast bay. These windows have deep ashlar base courses, with mullioned gothic lights and Y-tracery glazing in other areas. The roof has a coped centre ridge and single end stacks, covered with slate and adorned with a decorative red tile ridge and finials. At the rear, there is a modern single-storey extension.
