Description

No. 38 Conicavel is a mid-19th century cottage that is single storey with a dormerless attic and has three bays facing west. The building is constructed of rubble with tooled rubble dressings. It features a central entrance with a double-leaf plank door and a small attic window. The windows have lying-pane glazing, and the cottage has coped end stacks. The roof is slate with projecting eaves. There is also a later rear wing added to the structure.
