Description
Laburnum is a single-storey cottage with a dormerless attic, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It features three bays and a central door. The construction is likely clay and bool beneath harling, with painted margins and 12-pane glazing. There is a small brick lean-to at the east gable and a slate roof.
Additionally, there is a small single-storey wash house with three bays, built with solid clay walling that is limed externally, also topped with a slate roof.
