Description

Den Mar and Crimond is a mid to late 18th century, two-storey house with an attic, located on Chapel Street in Keith. The building has a south-facing facade and features five bays. It is constructed of harl pointed rubble with rendered margins. The central door is flanked by an additional door to the left. The outer bays contain paired windows, and there is a small, keystoned attic window in the centre gablet, which has an apex stack. The windows have two-pane glazing. The end stacks are heightened in brick on the west side, and the roof is covered with concrete tiles.
