Description

Earlier to mid 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay piend-roofed farmhouse. Red sandstone, rubble to sides and rear, heavy pointing, squared and coursed to front with ashlar base and cill course and dressings. Corniced door at centre of S elevation with architraved surround; windows flanking and in each bay at 1st floor. Deep-set door, flush-panelled, and dgeometrically paned fanlight.

Rear elevation with stair window at centre, windows to each floor in outer bays, and small, later door inserted to left of centre. 2 ground floor and 1 1st floor window to E elevation; W elevation blank, abutted by garden wall.

12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows. Grey slates. Tall sandstone end stacks.
