Description

Circa 1930. 2-storey, 6-bay rectangular-plan block of 4 flatted local authority houses. Ground floor harled. 1st floor rendered. Base course. Cill course at 1st floor.

W (ST ANDREW STREET) ELEVATION: door, with painted margins in penultimate bays to left and right. Regularly disposed fenestration at ground and 1st floors. 2-light windows in centre bays (originally 3-light); small aproned window at 1st floor over doors.

N ELEVATION: deep-set door, with tall corniced doorcase, and lintel details at centre.

S ELEVATION: door, with tall corniced doorcase, at centre.

E ELEVATION: 2 doors at centre. Regularly disposed fenestration.

Red tiles to piended roof. Plate glass glazing pattern in regrettable sash and case effect replacement windows. Harled stacks; ridge stack at centre, stacks towards rear to N and S pitches.
