Description
Hill Cottage is an earlier 19th century, two-storey and attic, wide three-bay house located on Mill Street, Ullapool. The west-facing elevation features a later 19th century, single-storey and attic, two-bay wing at the south gable. The building is harled throughout. A panelled door is centrally located. The windows are predominantly 12-pane sashes, with two later canted dormers incorporating 2-pane glazing. The roof is slate, featuring flat skews with 20th-century skew-putts, and corniced end stacks. A two-storey, single-bay bathroom wing is attached to the rear. A contemporary single-storey, harled rubble byre range is situated to the rear, with a corrugated iron roof.
