Description

A terrace of three single-storey, three-bay cottages built in 1863-64 by architects A & W Reid. The cottages are constructed of rubble with harled side walls and dressed stone detailing. Each cottage has a central door flanked by windows, with horizontal eight-pane and four-pane glazing. The roofs are slate, with coped ridge and end stacks and projecting eaves. Box dormers have been added, along with extensions to the rear. Statutory address refers to numbers 19, 20, and 21 Tomich. Records relating to the property are held at Moray District Record Office, Forres, under reference DAWP 1232.
