Description
A terrace of three cottages, numbers 22, 23, and 24, was built in 1863 and 1864 by A & W Reid. Number 22 has a gabled porch and a pair of dormers in its outer bays. The cottages are constructed of rubble with dressed stone details. They have horizontal 8-pane glazing, with 4 panes to the dormers. The roofs are slate, with projecting eaves, and include coped ridge and end stacks. Records relating to the cottages are held at Moray District Record Office, Forres, reference DAWP 1232.
