Description

The terrace comprises three cottages at 22, 23, and 24 Tomich, built in 1863 and 1864 by A & W Reid. Number 22 stands out with a gabled porch and a pair of dormers in its outer bays. The cottages are constructed of rubble with dressed stone details. They have horizontal 8-pane windows, with 4-pane glazing in the dormers. The roofs are slate-covered, featuring projecting eaves, and have coped ridge and end stacks. Records relating to the property are held at Moray District Record Office, Forres, reference DAWP 1232.
