Description

A terrace of three cottages was built in 1863 and 1864 by A & W Reid. Number 24 has a gabled porch and a pair of dormers in the outer bays. The cottages are constructed from rubble with dressed stone detailing. They have horizontal 8-pane sash windows, with 4-pane sashes in the dormers, coped ridge and end stacks, and a slate roof with projecting eaves. Records relating to the cottages are held at Moray District Record Office, Forres, under reference DAWP 1232.
