Description

A terrace of three single-storey, three-bay cottages was designed by A & W Reid and built in 1863-64. The cottages are constructed of rubble with harled side walls and dressed stone detailing. Each cottage has a central front door flanked by windows; these windows have horizontal 8-pane and 4-pane glazing. The roofs are slate, with projecting eaves and coped ridge and end stacks. The terrace includes box dormers and extensions to the rear. Records relating to the terrace are held at Moray District Record Office, Forres, reference DAWP 1232.
