Description
This is a terrace of three single-storey, three-bay cottages built in 1863-64 by A & W Reid. The cottages are constructed of rubble with tooled rubble dressings. Each cottage features a central door flanked by windows. Numbers 16 and 17 have horizontal 8-pane glazing, while number 18 has 4-pane glazing. The roofs are slate with projecting eaves and coped ridge and end stacks. There are box dormers and a rear extension. Records relating to the buildings are held at Moray District Record Office, Forres, reference DAWP 1232.
