Description
Drumdevan House is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house. It was originally built as an extension to a late 18th-century house of a similar size, creating a double-pile dwelling. The exterior is harled (rough cast) with painted ashlar margins. The central front door is hidden behind a circa 1900 conservatory porch. The front features bowed bays with tripartite windows (three-paned windows) on both the ground and first floors. These bays have bowed, piended (hipped) slate roofs. A canted bay window is present in the east gable. The windows incorporate two-pane and four-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks (decorative chimney details) and slate roofs.
