Description

7-9 Falconer Square is a building dating from around 1840 to 1850. It is two storeys high and has six bays. The structure is built from rubble with ashlar dressings. The ground floor features an arcade, with a semi-elliptical arched pendant at the south end and a central entrance that has a semi-circular arch, flanked by six round-arched windows. There have been some alterations to the north first floor windows, which are paired with segmental heads, and the fourth bay from the south has a flat top. Above this, there is a tall French pyramidal attic projection adorned with brattishing. The building has a block cornice and a slate roof.
