Description

This is a lodge, likely designed by William Burn around 1845. It is constructed from coursed rubble, with broached ashlar dressings. The lodge is a single-storey building in an L-plan shape. A gabled porch with a round-arched door, set diagonally across the angle where the L-shape is formed, is a prominent feature. The listing also includes the associated gate piers and wall.
