Description

The Reelig Bridge, also known as Moniack Bridge, is an early 19th century bridge built over the Moniack Burn. It is a single span, slightly hump-backed bridge constructed of rubble stone. The bridge features a segmental arch ring of tooled rubble, topped with a tooled rubble parapet cope. It has splayed approaches and shallow end abutments. The span measures approximately 40 feet.
