Description
The former Female School on Rosslyn Street in Brora is a mid-19th century building that has been converted into a dwelling. It is a two-storey structure with an attic and features a symmetrical three-bay design. The exterior is finished with harl pointed rubble and has tooled dressings. The south front has a central door, with single ground floor windows located in the east and west gables, and a first-floor window in the east gable. The windows have 16-pane glazing. The building also includes two wide barge-boarded gabled dormers with multi-pane casements, coped end stacks, and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a roughly coped rubble garden wall surrounding the property.
