Description

Circa 1800. Single storey over raised basement and attic, 3 bays

with centre door in slightly advanced and pedimented centre

bay. Coursed rubble, harled side and rear elevation; polished

ashlar rusticated quoins and dressings. Centre door approached

by flight of steps over-sailing raised basement; corniced and

moulded architraves; three urn finials to pediment. Later

entrance door, similar to original, inserted in west elevation,

also approached by steps over raised basement. Ashlar margins

to 12-pane sash windows; shouldered ashlar chimneys; piended

slate roof; 2 modern flat roofed dormers. Pair square ashlar

gate piers with raised angle margins, corniced with square

plinths supporting acorn finials. Piers linked by plain iron

lamp bracket and holder. Modern wrought iron gate. Low rubble

wall with ashlar cope.
