20 Sinclair Terrace in Wick is a two-storey, three-bay house built around 1830. It has a rectangular plan and features a tripartite gabled design, constructed from coursed Caithness stone slabs.
On the northeast, or principal elevation, the central bay is slightly advanced. It has a panelled door in the center with a letterbox fanlight above, flanked by narrow blind bays on either side of the door and a window above. The flanking bays have regular fenestration.
The southeast side elevation is adjacent to No 17, while the northwest side elevation is next to No 19. The southwest rear elevation was not visible during the 2001 inspection.
The interior was also not seen in 2001. The house features plate glass sash and case windows, concrete tiles, coped skews, gable stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods.
