Description
13 Sinclair Terrace in Wick is a mid-19th century, two-storey, five-bay, rectangular-plan house that is symmetrical and located at the end of a terrace on a street corner. The house features a panelled door and is constructed with Caithness slab-stone coursers. The front elevation has regular window arrangements, while the rear is irregular.
On the northeast (principal) elevation, the door is positioned at the centre, with a blind bay to the right on both the upper and ground floors.
The interior was not seen in 2001. The house has plate double glazed windows, concrete tiles, coped skews, and gable stacks, along with cast-iron rainwater goods.
