Description
10 Sinclair Terrace in Wick is a mid-19th century terrace of two-storey, two-bay houses with a rectangular plan and gabled roofs. The exterior features panelled doors with large carved roundels at the center and is constructed from coursed Caithness stone slabs. The houses have regular window arrangements on the front, while the rear is irregular.
For No. 7, the principal elevation shows a door to the right with a letterbox fanlight above and a rooflight to the right. No. 8 also has a door to the right with a letterbox fanlight, but includes a modern box dormer to the right. No. 9 features a modern panelled door to the left with a letterbox fanlight and is topped with concrete tiles. No. 10 has a door to the left with a letterbox fanlight and a small rooflight to the left.
The interiors were not seen in 2001. The buildings have plate glass sash and case windows, grey slate roofs, coped gable stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods.
