Description

1 Sinclair Terrace in Wick is a semi-detached pair of houses built in the mid-19th century. These two-storey, two-bay homes have a symmetrical rectangular plan and feature gabled roofs facing northeast. The exterior is constructed from coursed Caithness slab-stone, with regular window arrangements at the front and an irregular layout at the rear. The doors are centrally located, and the gable ends are blind.

The interior was not seen in 2001. The houses have plate glass sash and case windows, with a small box dormer on the far right. The roofs are covered with grey slates, and there are coped gable stacks along with cast-iron rainwater goods.
