Description
5 Sinclair Terrace in Wick is a mid-19th century building featuring symmetrical blocks of two-storey, two-bay houses with a pend, arranged in a rectangular plan and facing northeast. The exterior is constructed from coursed Caithness stone slabs. The central pends are blocked, and there are blocked windows above them, with flanking doors. The front has regular window arrangements, while the rear is more irregular, and the gable ends are blind.
The interior was not seen in 2001. The building includes plate glass sash and case windows, with a small box dormer located on the far right. The roof is covered with grey slates, and it has coped gable stacks along with cast-iron rainwater goods.
