Description

3 Dempster Street in Wick is a semi-detached pair of two-storey, two-bay houses built around 1840. They have a rectangular plan and gabled roofs, facing southwest. The exterior is made of coursed Caithness stone slabs, with regular window arrangements at the front and an irregular layout at the rear. The central bay features a blocked pend and window, with doors on either side.

The interiors were not seen in 2001. The houses have timber-framed double glazed windows. Number 3 has concrete tiles on the roof, while Number 5 is covered with grey slates. There is a coped gable stack on the east side and cast-iron rainwater goods.
