Description

8 Dempster Street in Wick is a two-storey, two-bay corner-terrace house built around 1840. It has a square plan and features a piended roof covered with grey slates and lead flashing. The exterior is constructed from coursed Caithness stone slabs and has a regular arrangement of windows.

On the southwest (principal) elevation, there is a door located to the right, which is topped by a letterbox fanlight. The northwest elevation, facing Malcolm Street, also has two bays and includes a blocked door on the right side.

The house has double-glazed windows, coped gable stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods. The interior was not seen in 2001.
