Description
In the early 19th century, Inchvannie House was constructed as a two-storey, three-bay house, featuring a central doorway. The building is constructed from lime-washed rubble with painted ashlar margins. The symmetrical front façade features slightly smaller windows on the first floor. Original lying-pane glazing remains, and the building has corniced end stacks and a piended slate roof. In the 1970s a sympathetic two-storey extension, consisting of a single wide bay drawing room, was added to the northwest side of the house, set back from the original structure. The statutory address is Inchvannie.
