Description
The lodge at Skeabost House, dated 1876, is designed in the style of Alexander Ross. It is a single-storey building with a T-plan and a canted gable end, constructed from white-washed rubble. The southeast gable features a pointed-headed door flanked by a single tripartite window. The roof is covered with slate and includes ridge stacks. The gate piers are square, made of stugged ashlar with tooled margins, and topped with corniced and crenellated caps.
