Description

Logie Bridge, designed by Thomas Telford between 1814 and 1817, is a three-span bridge made of granite rubble. It features three shallow segmental arch rings, with the central arch being slightly larger than the outer ones, all constructed from dressed granite. The bridge includes dressed and rusticated triangular cutwaters, a string course, and a parapet, with slightly splayed approaches. The total span of the bridge is approximately 150 feet.
