Description

This is a late 19th-century suspension footbridge situated over the River Garry, close to the hydro dam at Invergarry. The bridge was engineered by Speirs and Co of Glasgow. It is a narrow structure with short, cast-iron end columns connected by a round-headed arch. The deck is of timber construction.
