commercial building on double corner site; 9 bays and 3

return bays to West Nile Street and Nelson Mandela Place.

Painted ashlar. Ground floor shouldered lintels, 1st floor

stilted segmental arches, 2nd floor round arches, 3rd floor

square heads. Deep bracketted eaves. Piended slate roof.
