H E Clifford, circa 1902. 3-storey red ashlar tenement with modern movement details; paired canted bays, with shared stone-corbelled balconies at 1st floor, reach above deep-bracketted eaves, flanking wall-head stacks with projecting caps; polygonal corner bay right with

slated dome; close entrances with moulded frames; sash windows, upper sashes with vertical glazing pattern. Slate roofs.
