Description

This is a later 19th century villa, part of a pair. The building has two storeys and three bays, featuring high-quality sculptured ornamentation and wreaths in the frieze. It is constructed of painted ashlar. The central door is round-arched, with a canted bay on the right and a projecting bipartite window on the left. It has plate glass sashes, a deep main entablature, and corniced end stacks, topped with a gabled slate roof.
