Description

Sunnybank is a later 19th century villa, part of a pair of similar buildings. It has two storeys and three bays, featuring high-quality sculptured ornamentation and wreaths in the frieze. The exterior is finished in lino-stoned ashlar with modern glazing. Notable architectural elements include a round-arched doorway and projecting mullioned windows in the outer bays. The villa has a deep main entablature, corniced end stacks, and a gabled slate roof.
