Later 19th century villa, one of a pair. 2 storeys, 3

bays, good-quality sculptured ornament and wreaths in

frieze. Lino-stoned ashlar; modern glazing. Round-arched

doorway, projecting mullioned windows in outer bays;

deep main entablature; corniced end stacks; gabled slate

roof.
