Description
The footbridge in Richmond Park, built in the late 19th century, features a level design with three segmental arches spanning the mouth of the Polmadie Burn. It is constructed from droved pink ashlar and has four rectangular-sectioned terminal piers that include moulded cornices and panels on the outer sides. The bridge also has cutwaters and cast iron parapets topped with plain horizontal rails.
